  • 2 Pieces Chicken Breast(Around 200g Each, Butterfly It)

  • 1 Piece Zucchini(Cur Into 1 cm Sticks)

  • 1 Red Pepper(Cut Into 1 cm Sticks)

  • 2 pieces Asparagus(Peeled, Cut Off The Bottom)

  • 2 pieces sweet potato (peel, 2 cm cubes)

  • 1 l Water

  • 50 ml 35% Cream

  • 20 g Butter


  • Chicken Marinade (3-4 Hours)

  • ½ teaspoon Thyme

  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary

  • 1 Lemon(Just the Zest)

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic

  • 1 table spoon Olive Oil

Cooking Process

Step 1
Marinade chicken breast for 3-4 hrs. Butterfly chicken breast, then roll zucchini, peppers and asparagus with chicken breast

Step 2
Pour water into the machine, then bring water to boil for 5 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse

Step 3
Put sweet potato into steam basket and chicken roll onto steamer. Put steam basket into the machine and then attach steamer to cook for 25 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse

Step 4
Pour Out The Water For The Machine, Then Make Sweet Potato Mash By Putting Cook Sweet Potato, 35% Cream And Butter Into The Machine For 30 Seconds, Turbo Speed 6

Add Salt And Pepper For Taste
