Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed white bread

  • 500g ground pork sausage

  • ½ cup onion

  • ⅓ cup celery

  • 2½ teaspoons sage

  • 1 ½ teaspoons rosemary

  • ½ teaspoon thyme

  • 1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped

  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  • ¾ cup chicken stock

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put onion and celery into the machine 15 seconds, turbo speed 6 to chop

Step 2
Add sausage, rosemary, thyme, and butter to sautéed 10 minutes, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 3
Pour chicken stock, cranberries, apple, and parsley to cook for another 10 minutes, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 4
Pour the stuffing from the machine into a mixing bowl, then add the bread cubes to make it sticky


Step 5
Preheat the oven at 375°F and place the stuffing into the baking tray and bake it at 375°F for 15 minutes or until the surface turns golden brown
