1 table spoon mirin Mirin(Sweet Japanese Rice Wine)
1 table spoon mirin Red Miso Paste
1 table spoon mirin Soy sauce
Herb Oil:
20 g Flat-Leaf Parsley (Finely Chop)
10 g Dill(Finely Chop)
1 Piece Chilli Pepper (Deseed And Thinly Sliced)
60 ml Olive Oil
Cooking Process
Step 1
Marinade Salmon For 2-3 Hours. Put Marinade Salmon And Cauliflower Onto Steamer

Pour 35% Cream And Parsnip Into The Machine, Then Attach Steamer, 15 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Make Parsnip Puree, 30 Seconds, Speed 6

Prepare Herb Oil By Mixing Parsley, Dill, Chilli Pepper And Olive Oil Together In A Bowl And Pour It On Salmon
