Ingredients
150 g of top sirloin beef
150 g of pork loin
half of yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
60 g of ricotta cheese
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 egg
1 tbsp paprika
30 g of panko bread crumbs
Marinara sauce (Refer to previous Marinara Sauce recipe)
100g of dry linguine
Cooking Process
Meat Ball Mix:
Step 1
Add beef and pork into the machine to chop for 30 seconds, speed 6
Step 2
Add garlic and onion into the machine to chop for 15 seconds, speed 6
Step 3
Add ricotta cheese, rosemary, thyme, oregano, egg, paprika and panko bread crumbs into the mix for 30 seconds, speed 1 reverse
Step 4
Roll mix into small meet balls
Step 5
Pour Marinara sauce into the machine to heat up for 5 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse
Step 6
Add meat balls into the sauce and cook for 15 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse
Step 7
Put linguine in soup pot with boiled water for 8 mins
Step 8
Put sauce and meat balls on top of linguine to finish
