580 ml Water(Warm Water)
1 tablespoon Dry Yeast
800 g Bread Flour(Sifted)
2 tablespoon Salt
¼ cup Olive Oil, plus 2 Table Spoon Olive Oil (Keep The Dough From Drying Out)
Basil, Sundried Tomato, Rosemary(Optional)
Cooking Process
Step 1
Put Water And Dry Yeast Together, Let It Stand Until Foamy (Around 5 Mins)
Step 2
Add Yeast Water, Bread Flour, Salt And ¼ Cup Olive Oil Into The Machine for 1 Min, Knead Mode
Step 3
Transfer Dough To A Bowl, Add 1 Table Spoon Of Olive Oil On Top, Then Cover The Bowl And Let The Dough Rise Until Double In Size (Around 1 Hr)
Step 4
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Drizzle 1 table spoon of olive oil to the pan, then pour the dough to the pan and let the dough rise again (around 1 hr)
Step 5
Drizzle A Bit More Olive Oil And Sprinkle Sea Salt On Top Of The Dough (Add Any Extra Topping To The Dough If You Wish)
Step 6
Bake It For 20~25 Mins At 425 °f until golden Brown. Let It Cool Down 10 Mins Before Slicing
