Ingredients
Meat Loaf Mixed:
50 g Pancetta (small dice)
2 tbsp butter
60 g yellow onion (1-inch dice)
30 g carrot (1-inch dice)
1 tsp garlic (chop)
300 g boneless skinless thigh (cut in 2-cm cubes)
50 g mushroom (cut in quarter)
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 pieces bay leaf
100 ml chicken stock
200 ml dry red wine
50 g white pearl onion
Cooking Process
Step 1
Put pancetta, butter, yellow onions, carrot and chop garlic to sautéed for 5 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse
Step 2
Add chicken, mushroom, thyme and bay leaf in machine to cook for 5 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse
Step 3
Add chicken stock, red wine and white pearl onion to cook 90°C for 25 mins, speed 1 reverse until chicken tender
Step 4
Add Salt and pepper for taste
