  • 200 g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh(cut into 1 cm cube)

  • 50 g Broccoli

  • 50 g Carrot(Peel And Slice)

  • 50 g Red Pepper(cut Into 2 cm Cube)

  • 50 g Yellow Pepper(cut Into 2 cm Cube)

  • 1 l Water

  • 2 Chicken Stock cubes


  • Chicken Marinade (3-4 Hours):

  • 1 Clove Garlic(Peeled)

  • 1 tbsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp each Kosher Salt And Black Pepper

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup Dry White Wine

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 Bay Leaves


  • Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 2 (8 ounce) containers Greek yogurt

  • 2 Cucumbers(Peeled, Seeded And Diced)

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 3 Cloves Garlic(Peeled And Minced)

  • ½ tsp dry Oregano

Cooking Process

Step 1
Marinade Chicken for 3-4 Hrs. Then skewer Chicken

Step 2
Put Chicken Skewers, Broccoli, Carrot, Red And Yellow Pepper Onto Steamer

Step 3
Put Water And Chicken Stock Cubes Into The Machine, Bring The Water To Boil For 10 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 4
Attach Steamer To The Machine, 10 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 5
Combine Greek Yogurt, Diced Cucumber, Oregano And Garlic To Make Tzatziki Sauce

Step 6
Add Salt And Pepper For Taste
