Ingredients
2 big carrot (peel and cut into chunks)
50 g yellow onion
1 glove of garlic
1 tsp ginger (peel)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
200ml chicken stoc
½ tsp of thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tsp orange zest
Cooking Process
Step 1
Put carrot, onion, garlic and ginger into the machine to chop for 20 seconds, speed 6
Step 2
Add butter into the machine and cook for 5 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse
Step 3
Pour chicken stock, thyme and bay leaf into the machine to cook for 25 minutes, 120°C, speed 1 reverse
Step 4
Puree the soup, 1 min, speed 5
Step 5
Add in the orange zest for garnish, salt and pepper for taste
